Written visual standards, presentation systems, and repeatable content templates that keep materials consistent as more people and more AI tools produce them.
The challenge
When several people, or several AI tools, produce materials for the same organization, the look and voice drift. Colors change slightly, logos get stretched, and slide decks stop resembling each other. The fix is a standard that is written down clearly enough for a person or an assistant to follow.
The approach
I document brand standards the same way I document writing standards. Colors, type, logo use, layout rules, and tone are written as instructions with examples, so they can be loaded into an AI workflow and checked against in review.
The development
Brand boards, presentation templates, and examples of collateral produced from the standards will be added here.
